When we are Self-Conscious it is because we have what we call a ‘Charge’ around something.
‘Charge’ refers to the quality of your energy or Consciousness when you have self-judgement around a certain matter – rather than being at peace, there’s an energetic charge making things all uncomfortable.
We say “I have a Charge around” something, or “Do you have a Charge around that person?”, or “She has a Charge around money”, or “Mike has a Charge around their wedding day; something about it is not resolved for him”, or “Joe has a Charge around food”, or “Sue has a Charge around asking guys out.”
Charge is a nice easy word to work with in practice. It’s easy to see all of the areas of your life where you have a Charge around something and then work at releasing them.
