“Ever notice how there’s a Female Hygiene Aisle in every pharmacy, but there’s never a Male Hygiene Aisle!” – Liz Plank
Women are starting to observe how certain types of products are being sold to women that would never be sold to men because retailers wouldn’t get away with it in our current culture, and realising that much of it is a con.
Sadly, much of the commercial world has become sick. As we’ll learn in Volume II, global industries cannot be effectively regulated at present.
Dr Natasha Chinn explains: “The vagina is self-cleaning. It does not need douching, or intimate sprays. Women do it, and then they end up getting a bacterial infection because now they’ve shifted their pH balance, and now there’s overgrowth of bacteria that normally live there, and now they need a doctor when they didn’t before.” As Plank points out, these products are causing the problems that women think they are fixing.
“It’s like, instead of being labelled as “Oh, make everything fresh!”, it should be “Use me and you’ll need antibiotics!” – Dr Natasha Chinn
“Hair removal, excessive hair removal; there is no reason for the vagina to be bald. The hair is there as a protective agent. It can protect you from getting yeast infections. It’s your first barrier of defence from getting sexually transmitted infections as well. And when you shave it you can get shaving bumps, and that actually can make you more susceptible to get infections.” – Dr Natasha Chinn
