Reclaiming Emotional Authenticity: Being Grounded

Being ‘grounded’ means being in touch with what we are truly feeling, and what’s true for us in the moment.

It’s neither avoidance of feelings, nor the adulteration of them through judgements about what and how they should or shouldn’t be, which is also a form of avoiding feelings.

There are no wrong feelings (although there can be False feelings). If we have the view that there are no wrong feelings, then how we behave and express ourselves can come from Love Consciousness, allowing everything to be authentic, effective, and psychologically and physically healthy.
