The Wisdom Diet (2007) is a psychological approach to weight management that identifies the five disempowering aspects of conventional dieting and turns them on their head so that they work for you.
Based in the healthy and wise approach of listening to the body, The Wisdom Diet guides us to distinguish between the needs of the mind and the needs of the body. If the need for food is in the mind it can never be satisfied by food, so by making this distinction we can empower our approach.
